The following is a message from the members of the Amuta (Registered non-profit association):

We are a group of residents of Aderet (from the first expansion project) who are members of a voluntary association.

The purpose of the Amuta is to encourage communal expansion of the moshav by advancing both the the social aspects and the actual physical infrastructure of the building project.

We would like to bring in families who would complement the spirit of the existing community in Aderet. The Amuta recently won the bid for the project from the moshav and is responsible for the infrastructure development and to market the lots. The main advantage of the Amuta's marketing of the building lots is the lowering of the costs. All the members of the Amuta are working on a volunteer basis to improve their community. The absence of entrepreneurial aspects in this project both lowers costs for the consumer and allows for great flexibility in building "bnei beitcha"--each family designs and builds their own house.
